Right at the top of this Altar is the rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. His message is a reminder of the many rabbit holes we can find ourselves in when we neglect our spiritual practice.
What is a spiritual practice? Well for me it is the act of savouring moments, finding the sacred in the simple things, straightening out the sheets on my bed and leaving it to air in the morning, lighting the fire in winter and spending time gazing at the flames. Taking time to pause and reflect and trusting that there is a power bigger than me at the centre of this Universe.
